OVERVIEW

A castle-like brick mansion begun in 1902 by railroad builder John Bayless for his wife and seven children; Bayless died of complications from surgery before its completion, and his family finished and lived in the home until 1919.

REPORTED ACTIVITY

Reports describe unexplained noises, shadowy figures, toilets flushing on their own, and cold spots, attributed to Bayless and family members said to still reside in the house.
