OVERVIEW
Developed in the early 1900s as a hot-springs retreat for Interior Alaska miners, Circle Hot Springs has operated as a lodge on and off for more than a century in one of the state's most remote road-accessible settlements.

Staff and guests attribute odd occurrences, glasses moving on the bar and footsteps on the porches, to Emma Leach, a former owner said to disapprove of changes made to the property after her death.
