A rural property near Eagle River where farmer Joe Simonton reported that a disc-shaped craft landed in his yard on April 18, 1961.

Simonton said three humanoid occupants gave him small metallic pancakes in exchange for water; the case was investigated by the Air Force's Project Blue Book and civilian group NICAP, and Simonton was found a credible witness even as skeptics questioned the account.
