OVERVIEW
A 1925 Capitol Hill building constructed as a meeting hall for the Women's Century Club, converted into the Harvard Exit art-house cinema in 1968 and closed as a theatre in 2015.
REPORTED ACTIVITY
Staff and patrons for decades reported a talkative spirit known as "Peter," along with chairs shifting and doors opening; local lore also ties the building to former Seattle mayor Bertha Landes.

The building has been repurposed; exterior and lobby areas are visible from the public sidewalk.
