OVERVIEW

Built around 1750 of native coquina for royal treasurer Juan Estevan de Pena, the house was bought in 1837 by Dr. Seth Peck, whose family added the second story and ran a medical practice on the ground floor.

REPORTED ACTIVITY

Visitors report a sense of an unseen companion following them through the rooms and figures associated with the Peck family, and the house is a fixture on local ghost tours.
