Short dispatches from investigators in the field and from the office. Post from the right-hand column on the chat page; read it on the home screen, at /wire, and on every location file a dispatch is tagged to. 500 characters, tags, tag a location, one reaction. Every dispatch is kept and searchable. Posting is for Operative and above; reading is for everyone.
This board. Every change to the platform is posted here, newest first, archived forever, searchable through ETERNITY, and available as an RSS feed at /bulletin/feed.xml. When ODPSI's social accounts exist, each entry will be posted there too.

The first bench in The Lab: open any recording you can already reach — a PR|FIS session, a project clip, a location clip, a file from disk — and amplify, reduce noise from a marked profile, view the spectrogram, band-pass, slow, reverse, loop and mark it, rated Class A / B / C. The original is never altered.
Sixty-one locations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — the map's first UK rows — each with a recorded tradition behind it. The home console now shows real numbers: the threat level the Director sets, and live counts of agents and anomalies.
The Stories section of the Library opened with 31 Appalachian stories on subject shelves — each with its record: what it concerns, where, when first recorded, told by whom. Twenty-six Pennsylvania locations were added to the map.
Twenty haunted objects with 55 provenance steps were researched and added to the registry, and twenty Central American locations joined the map.
The Director can designate a member Scholar or Historian; their record entries, page edits and articles publish without waiting for review. Groups can now be created from the chat sidebar, and groups appear in search.
Each location file gained a community-edited history and a community evidence section. Private residences now require a permission acknowledgement before submission. Personal projects, folders and export/import arrived on the dashboard, and memberships can be billed monthly or yearly.
The Library hub with Books and LongForm articles — a Medium-style writing and reading room where every piece can be pinned to the locations and objects it concerns. Two acknowledgements guard it: one for readers at the door, one for writers before their first piece.
Two business plans ($49 business, $99 team), pins on the map that link to listings, a booking control, and analytics for every listing.
Every location file can be edited by members; edits go to the Director's queue and the history is kept. Groups can pin themselves to locations and log an investigation record on each.
The Founding Tester programme opened: a TESTER FEEDBACK button on every page, and a commendation for the first report. Warnings, appeals and suspensions now have a proper ladder. Tiers were realigned — research is free; investigating is Operative.
76 researched locations across the Caribbean and Australia join the Global Incident Map, each with a cited record.
Groups plan investigations on their own calendar inside chat — who, when and where — with a real month grid.
A registry of haunted objects — where each is now, where it has been, and the provenance chain behind it — with its own map and a TRACE tool that follows an object through its custodians.
Paranormal businesses can list themselves — on their own map, with hours, contact, booking and the locations they work at — and post events to the calendar. The events map is the fourth map on the site. Listings are paid ($49 a year); browsing is free.
Projects can hold evidence files. Submissions can be filed SOLO or as a GROUP; an approved group submission pays experience to the whole group. The tab icon is now our own seal.
The site's search engine — ETERNITY — is on. One box searches every approved location, report, object, business, event and investigator, combining keyword and meaning-based matching, and re-indexes itself every day. Search needs an account; the maps stay public.
